Here are some common questions about Backyard Ultra.

A Backyard Ultra is an endurance race where participants run a 4.167 miles (6.7 kilometres) loop within one-hour time limit. The race continues until only one runner remains able to complete the loop.

The race duration is determined by the time it takes to complete one loop, which is typically set at 60 minutes. The race continues until there is only one runner left.

At the beginning of each loop, participants must start the next loop on time. If a runner fails to complete a loop within the allotted time, they are eliminated from the race. The race continues until only one runner remains.

Yes, many runners have support crews to provide food, hydration, and encouragement during the race. Having a support crew can be a significant advantage. 1 crew (2 people max) per registered runner.

Backyard Ultras have aid stations at the start/finish area where runners can access basic refreshments and medical assistance. However, the loop format means you pass by the aid station frequently. The aid station is situated at the start/finish of the loop.

It's essential to bring appropriate running gear, hydration supplies, nutrition, food, and any personal items you may need during the race. A support crew can help manage your supplies.

In general, there are no strict qualifications to enter a Backyard Ultra. However, it's recommended that participants have experience with long-distance running and endurance events.

Registration includes Race BIB, Race t-shirt, Certificate, Meal & Hydration support, Medical/Physio support, DNF medal for non-finishers.

Registration fee does not cover Crew members food.

Basic Food will be provided for runners. For crew members, it will be charged at a minimal price.
